Angela -

TBIvoices.com begins with the story of Angela, a young woman in her early thirties who suffered a moderate brain injury in a car wreck. Her injuries included a sub-arachnoid hemorrhage. She was hospitalized for three days and had about 20 minutes of retrograde amnesia and several weeks of post-traumatic amnesia. She did not get a proper discharge plan after leaving the hospital and ultimately had a failed return to work.
Her story not only includes our interview with her, but several parts that include her own writing about her injury.
